The Fender Custom Shop Custom 1959 Hardtail Stratocaster Time Capsule Relic pairs a fixed-bridge Strat platform with period-correct late-fifties appointments, finished in Faded/Aged Sonic Blue over an alder body. The 1959 D-shaped rift sawn maple neck and 7.25-to-9.5-inch compound radius AAA rosewood fingerboard give it a familiar vintage feel with modern playability, while the hand-wound '59 Strat pickups deliver glassy, articulate single-coil tone with open dynamics. Ships in the original Custom Shop hardshell case with free shipping to the continental U.S., and qualifies for complimentary PLEK service and a limited lifetime warranty.
