This Isn't Just a Job — It's a Front Row Seat
Righteous Guitars is a NAMM Top 100 dealer in Roswell, Georgia. We're a small team that takes big pride in what walks through our doors - the instruments and the people. If you live and breathe guitars, we'd love to talk.
See Open RolesWhy Righteous Guitars
We're not a big-box retailer and we never will be. Here's what that means for you.
World-Class Inventory
You'll be surrounded by instruments most players only dream about — custom shop builds, vintage pieces, and top-shelf acoustics. This isn't a wall of starter packs. It's a curated showroom you'll be proud to represent.
Customers Who Know What They Want
Players walk in with real vocabulary - they know the difference between a '59 reissue and a Custom Shop build, and they've already narrowed their shortlist. You'll spend your days talking tone, feel, and setup, not talking someone into their first pedal.
Hands-On with the Best Tools in the State
We own the only PLEK machine in Georgia and set up every instrument to the customer's exact tuning and string gauge. You'll learn alongside experienced techs doing work most shops can't offer.
A Team, Not a Staff
We're a small, tight-knit crew that genuinely likes being here. No corporate scripts, no upsell quotas - just real conversations with real players and a team that has each other's backs. We’re looking for someone who wants to have a career here, we are not hiring for part-time or internship roles.
Room to Grow
We invest in our people with hands-on training and real mentorship - not a binder of SOPs. As the store grows, we want our team to grow with it, building up the right people from within instead of hiring from the outside. Multiple NAMM Top 100 recognitions didn't happen by accident.

Sales & Customer Experience
Work directly with customers in our showroom, helping them find the right instrument through genuine conversation - not a sales pitch. You'll handle in-store consultations, phone calls, and online inquiries from players who care about what they're buying.
Don't See Your Role?
We're a growing shop and the right person is always worth a conversation. Send us a little about yourself - your background, what you're into, and why Righteous Guitars caught your eye. No formal resume required, but always appreciated.
