No electric guitar has shaped more music than the Stratocaster: three single coils, a contoured double-cutaway body, and a tremolo that has defined everything from surf to Hendrix. As a Fender Custom Shop Showcase Dealer we keep one of the deepest Strat selections anywhere, from production models to Masterbuilt relics, and every one is inspected and set up before it ships.

About the Fender Stratocaster

Introduced in 1954, the Stratocaster brought a contoured body, three pickups, and a synchronized tremolo to the solid-body electric, and players never looked back: Buddy Holly, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, David Gilmour, and Stevie Ray Vaughan all made it their voice. Today the line runs from the American Professional and American Ultra series to limited runs and signature models, and above them the Fender Custom Shop builds time-capsule reissues in NOS, Closet Classic, Journeyman, and Heavy Relic finishes. Our Stratocaster inventory is one-off and rotates constantly; the finish, neck, and serial number you see listed belong to the exact guitar you'll receive.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a production Stratocaster and a Custom Shop Stratocaster?

Production Strats like the Player, American Professional, and American Ultra series are built on Fender's factory lines with modern specs and consistent quality. Custom Shop Stratocasters are built in Corona, California by a small team, with period-correct details, premium wood selection, and aged finishes ranging from NOS to Heavy Relic. Both are real Fenders; the Custom Shop is about vintage accuracy and hand finishing.

Which Stratocaster models does Righteous Guitars stock?

Our Strat wall rotates constantly, but you'll typically find American Professional, American Ultra, signature, and limited-run production models alongside more than a hundred Fender Custom Shop builds, including Masterbuilt and limited-edition reissues. Every listing is the actual guitar photographed.

Will my Stratocaster be set up before it ships?

Every guitar we sell is inspected and professionally set up before shipping, and anything over $3K gets a complimentary PLEK fret dress on Georgia's only PLEK station.
