The Fender Custom Shop Limited 1950s C-Wah Pine Esquire Super Heavy Relic pairs an Eastern White Pine body with a hand-wound 1950-1951 Blackguard pickup, built to replicate a well-played early Blackguard single-pickup instrument down to the period-correct 1950 Esquire bridge. The pine body is notably lighter than standard ash or alder builds and contributes to a snappy, open midrange character, while the rift sawn maple neck with a 1950 Blackguard profile and 7.25-to-9.5-inch compound radius fingerboard offers a vintage feel with improved upper-fret playability. Ships brand new in a tweed Custom Shop hardshell case with free shipping to the continental U.S., and qualifies for complimentary PLEK service and a limited lifetime warranty.
