The Gibson Hummingbird Original is Gibson's signature square-shouldered dreadnought, introduced in 1960 and distinguished by its engraved hummingbird pickguard, traditionally finished in Cherry Sunburst, here finished in Antique Natural. The spruce-over-mahogany body paired with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard delivers a forward, punchy midrange with clear treble articulation, while the LR Baggs VTC pickup provides a warm, natural amplified tone without an external preamp. Ships in a hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
