Description
The Touchstone SDS/TS sits in Bourgeois's production line as a straight-ahead dreadnought built for players who want Dana Bourgeois's voicing philosophy without the custom-shop price. Aged Tone Sitka spruce over mahogany is a classic combination that favors clarity and note separation, and the ebony fingerboard adds stiffness that translates to better articulation and longer sustain. The ziricote bridge is a dense, stable hardwood that couples well to the top and keeps the low end focused rather than loose.
