Description
The Gibson 1957 SJ-200 Light Aged is a Murphy Lab recreation of Gibson's flagship flat-top from its golden era, built with a thermally aged Sitka spruce top and AAA flame maple back and sides that have been given a subtle light aging treatment to replicate decades of honest wear. The rounded two-piece maple neck and 12-inch rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl graduated crown inlays follow the 1957 spec, while the four-bar moustache bridge and bone nut keep the acoustic voice focused and articulate across the full 25.5-inch scale length. Ships with a hardshell case, complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
