The DCPA4-R sits in Martin's Performing Artist series, built around a dreadnought body with an East Indian rosewood back and sides and a spruce top. The Performing Artist neck profile with High Performance Taper runs a flatter 16" radius, making it a practical choice for players who spend time above the 12th fret. The Fishman F1 system handles amplified duties without a lot of fuss.
