The Paul Reed Smith Silver Sky in Frost is John Mayer's bolt-on collaboration with PRS, built around a 25.5-inch scale alder body and maple neck with the 635JM carve and a 7.25-inch radius maple fingerboard. The three 635JM single-coil pickups deliver a glassy, articulate voice with snappy response across all five positions, while the PRS steel tremolo provides stable tuning under use.
