Repairs are required to be dropped off on the scheduled drop off day to ensure work will be completed on time. Work will be completed and ready for pickup no later than 3 business days from scheduled drop off day. Expedited services are often available for an additional charge. Re-frets and structural do not apply and turnaround times vary.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and ensures we leave a space open just for you and are able to give your instrument the attention it needs. Deposit is applied to service. Failure to have your instrument here on the specified day will result in forfeiture of the deposit. You may bring your instrument in on any day or time we are open before the scheduled drop off day if you are unable to come on the set day.
