We offer a full service repair shop! From restrings to setups to full re-frets, we offer it all here in house. We are very particular about our guitar work with a focus on consistency and results. We have a standard that is perfect for almost everyone, but we can cater to specific needs as well and keep notes on all the measurements so once we figure out your specific needs, we can reproduce them time and time again. We also offer an appointment system that can allow you to keep your instrument until we are able to work on it for very fast turnaround. In regards to customization we can design custom electronics for you, upgrade parts on your instruments, and much more. Let us know what you would like to do and we will check it out! All work is done in house and on site and we offer warranty repair for many vendors.Â
We understand your time is valuable and you need your instrument! For this reason we offer scheduled repairs to skip the wait. Simply book your preferred drop off day online and make sure to have your instrument here before closing. Turnaround is 3 business days after the scheduled drop off date so you can get back to playing right away! Expedited services are often available for an additional charge. RE-FRETS are not eligible for expedited turn around.
We are proud to offer our customers the power of PLEK! Used to ensure work within tolerance of 1/1000th of a millimeter, the PLEK provides us the ability to provide extremely accurate fret and nut work as well as keep records of processes performed on your instrument. Every guitar over $3,000 gets the service complimentary and it is also available to any guitar that you want to be as good as it can possibly be!
