The Gibson 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue VOS pairs a plain maple top with a one-piece lightweight mahogany body, built to the specifications of the original late-fifties Standards down to the no-wire ABR-1 bridge and nylon nut. Its Custombucker Alnico III unpotted humbuckers deliver an open, articulate voice with clear note separation and a vocal midrange character that responds well to playing dynamics. The 50s rounded medium C neck profile and 12-inch rosewood fingerboard keep the left hand comfortable across the full 24.75-inch scale. Ships in the included hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
