Every guitar over $2,500 is optimized by our on-site PLEK machine to your preferred string gauge and tuning. We not only provide you with a fantastic setup but we also keep a snapshot of your guitar as it leaves our shop so we can always get it back to where it should be.
As long as your payment clears by 1pm EST Tues-Friday, we will ship your order the same day. We know you're excited to receive your new guitar so we do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Every guitar over $2,500 (new or pre-owned but excluding vintage) at Righteous Guitars is warranted against defects in craftsmanship and materials for life. We feel that if we decide to offer an instrument, it is of exceptional quality and we stand behind every one.

The customer service was excellent, the selection of guitars and amps was insane. I came home with an awesome PRS and I feel content with my purchase. I was politely greeted and asked what I was interested in. After some browsing I found some guitars I wanted to plug in. He put me in a soundproof room and plugged me into any amp of my choosing! Awesome experience I highly recommend.
The guys at Righteous Guitars really care about their customers. They listened to my needs and wants and watched how I play. They suggested a guitar I would have never picked on my own. Hands down the best guitar shop I have been to in any state. Knowledgeable staff, and very customer service oriented. They really cater to you and your needs, which in sure is challenging because musicians are needy. Really nice pieces of history in display too.
For a person that doesn't play very well or even consider myself someone that plays, I was treated like I was a rock star there. The level of customer service offered here can not be matched. I can't put more that 5 stars or I would. The amount of guitars in this place was phenomenal. I hope that maybe they could had some more basses but I must admit it is a guitar store and I can't let that sway my opinions. Great Job and trust me I have told everyone I know about you guys.
This is hands down the best guitar store I've ever been to. They are super knowledgeable and answered every question politely and with ease. They go above and beyond to make their stock play and look as good as possible too.
