Description
The Fender Custom Shop 1959 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic in Dirty Shell Pink pairs an alder body with a quartersawn maple neck carved to a 1959 D profile, finished with tasteful play wear that suggests years of use without compromising structural integrity. Hand-wound Fat '50s Strat pickups deliver a fat, articulate single-coil voice with enough midrange push to cut without losing the glassy shimmer the late-'50s spec is known for, while the AAA rosewood fingerboard on a 9.5-inch radius keeps things comfortable across the full 25.5-inch scale. Ships in a Custom Shop hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
