Description
The Fender Custom Shop 1956 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic pairs an ash body in Aged Sherwood Green Metallic with a plain grain maple neck shaped to a '54 Strat Soft V profile, finished with enough wear to suggest decades of honest play without compromising structural integrity. Hand-wound '55 Strat pickups deliver a glassy, articulate single-coil voice with snappy attack and open dynamics, while the 7.25-to-9.5-inch compound radius fingerboard accommodates both chord work and bends up the neck. Ships in a Custom Shop hardshell case with free shipping to the continental U.S., and qualifies for complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping as well as a limited lifetime warranty.
