The Martin 00-28 Modern Deluxe pairs the compact 00/Grand Concert body shape with East Indian rosewood back and sides and a spruce top treated with Martin's Vintage Tone System, which accelerates the aging of the wood to produce a more open, played-in response from the start. The genuine mahogany neck uses a Vintage Deluxe profile with High Performance Taper, mated to an ebony fingerboard with abalone diamonds and squares long pattern inlays, a 24.9-inch scale length, and 16-inch radius, giving the neck a familiar vintage feel with improved upper-fret access. Ships with a hardshell case, complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
