Description
This Taylor Custom GS pairs a Bocote back and sides with an Adirondack Spruce top - an uncommon combination built through Taylor's Custom program in 2018. Adirondack Spruce is prized for its high dynamic headroom and stiff-to-weight ratio, producing a punchy, open sound with strong projection, while Bocote contributes a focused midrange with tight low-end definition. The Grand Symphony body shape supports this pairing well, offering a broad frequency spread suited to both flatpicking and strumming. This guitar ships with a complimentary PLEK and is backed by our limited lifetime warranty.

This custom built Taylor features an uncommon Bocote back and sides paired to a premium Adirondack spruce top. Bocote is similar to Ziricote tonally and as such has smooth bass response, clean mids, and crisp top end. This is a piano-like instrument and is just!
