The Fender Custom Shop Limited '64 L-Series Stratocaster Time Capsule Relic recreates the transitional 1964 Stratocaster with period-correct specs, including an alder body, quartersawn maple neck with a '63 C profile, and a 9.5-inch radius AAA rosewood fingerboard with clay dot inlays. The hand-wound '64 Strat pickups deliver glassy, articulate single-coil tone with the scooped midrange character associated with that era. Ships in a Custom Shop hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
