The Fender Custom Shop Limited 1955 Telecaster Relic pairs an ash body in Aged Blue Sparkle with a rift-sawn maple neck carved to a chunky 1954 U profile. Hand-wound Texas Special Telecaster pickups deliver snappy, articulate single-coil tone with enough midrange growl to cut through any mix, while the 9.5-inch radius and 6105 narrow-tall frets keep playability modern. This guitar ships with a tweed hardshell case, free shipping to the continental U.S., and complimentary PLEK service in-house before shipping. It is also backed by our limited lifetime warranty.
Specs
If you are looking for a monster Tele with all the twang and growl you could ever ask for, this may be your guitar. A nice chunky '54 U shaped neck profile gives a great feel and plenty of leverage for big bends! The neck is rift-sawn for maximum stability and the back is aged for an ultra-smooth feel. A modern radius and 6105 narrow/tall fretwire make it easy to play and the handwound Texas Special pickups just ooze tone! Wrap it up in a relic blue sparkle finish and you have a truly special Telecaster!
