Description
The Gibson 1942 Banner LG-2 is a faithful reproduction of Gibson's wartime small-body flat-top, built with a thermally aged red spruce top and mahogany back and sides. The shorter 24.75-inch scale and historic neck profile produce a focused, warm voice with a quick attack that suits fingerpicking and lighter strumming. A bone nut, rosewood fingerboard, and rectangle open-slot bridge round out the period-correct appointments. Ships in a hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
