The Martin D-18 Modern Deluxe applies Vintage Tone System treatment to its spruce top, accelerating the wood at a molecular level to replicate the open, played-in response of a decades-old instrument, while retaining the D-18's fundamental mahogany-and-spruce voice. The genuine mahogany back, sides, and neck pair with an ebony fingerboard and bridge, and the Vintage Deluxe neck profile with High-Performance taper gives a traditional feel up front that thins out as you move up the neck for easier access. Ships in the included hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
