The Martin D-28 is the benchmark dreadnought in Martin's lineup, and the Aging Toner finish gives this example the visual character of a well-played vintage instrument without the vintage price. East Indian rosewood back and sides paired with a spruce top produce the full, projecting tone the D-28 is known for, while the ebony fingerboard and bridge add sustain and note clarity. The GE Modified Low Oval neck with High-Performance Taper keeps the profile comfortable across the entire fretboard, making it a practical choice for flatpickers and fingerstyle players alike.
