The Eastman L-OOSS-QS is a double-00 slope-shoulder acoustic from Eastman's Luthier Series, pairing a solid European Spruce top with solid AA Quilted Sapele back and sides - an all-solid combination that delivers balanced traditional tone with focused midrange presence. Hand-scalloped X-bracing on the spruce top gives the instrument headroom to open up over time, while the sapele contributes upper-midrange definition that works well for both fingerpicking and flatpicking.
The 24.75" scale length reduces string tension compared to a standard 25.4" guitar, making single-note runs and chord-melody work more comfortable to sustain over a long session. The ebony fingerboard and bridge add density and articulation on the playing surface, while the bone nut and saddle contribute clear open-string response. The Traditional Even "C" mahogany neck and 12" fingerboard radius suit players who want a familiar, neutral profile. At just over 4 pounds, this is a compact instrument that travels and sits comfortably. It ships with a hardshell case included.
