Description
The Martin D-28 Billy Strings is a signature dreadnought developed with the bluegrass guitarist, built around a spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides. The genuine mahogany neck with modified low oval profile and standard taper and 25-inch scale length give it a familiar D-28 feel, while the bone nut and ebony fingerboard and bridge keep the attack focused and articulate. Abalone diamond and square long inlays distinguish it from the standard D-28. Ships with a hardshell case, complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
