The Paul Reed Smith Modern Eagle V Wood Library is a flagship design built around a korina body and neck paired with a quilted maple top and ziricote fingerboard, a tonewood combination reserved for PRS's upper tier. The mixed pickup layout of TCI humbuckers in the neck and bridge with an NS-01 single coil in the middle delivers a wide tonal range, from warm, full humbucker voicings to snappy, articulate single-coil clarity, all through a Pattern neck profile on a 25-inch scale with a 10-inch radius. Ships in the PRS hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
