Description
The Taylor Legacy 855e is a jumbo-body acoustic-electric pairing a Sitka spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides, built on Taylor's 25-1/2-inch scale. The jumbo platform and rosewood construction push toward a wide frequency range with strong low-end projection, while the LR Baggs Element VTC undersaddle pickup delivers a natural, balanced amplified tone with onboard volume and tone control. The neo-tropical mahogany neck carries a standard carve profile and a West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl diamond inlays. Ships with a hardshell case, complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
