This pre-owned Fender Custom Shop '60s Telecaster Relic in Ocean Turquoise is a player-grade instrument built for the guitarist who wants verifiable vintage specs without hunting the vintage market. The alder body keeps weight in check at 7 lb 7.1 oz, a practical advantage for players who spend real time on stage. A maple neck with a '60 Oval C profile sits over a rosewood fingerboard at a 25.5" scale, offering the hand-feel of a broken-in vintage Tele without a heavy bat profile.
Fender Custom Shop single-coil pickups deliver the articulate highs and punchy midrange that define early-'60s Telecaster tone. The bone nut contributes to tuning stability and consistent string-to-string response. Ocean Turquoise is a period-correct Fender custom color for this era, and the Relic treatment adds wear consistent with decades of use. The one cosmetic variance worth knowing: the pickguard shows discoloration beyond the factory aging, which does not affect playability or electronics. Comes with a hardshell case.
