Description
The Gibson 1942 Banner Southern Jumbo recreates one of the most sought-after wartime flattops, built with a thermally aged red spruce top and rosewood back and sides on a 24.75-inch scale. The shorter scale length and red spruce top produce a warm, punchy response with strong midrange projection, while the C-shape mahogany neck and 12-inch radius rosewood fingerboard keep fretting comfortable across the board. Ships with a hardshell case, complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
