Description
The Gibson 1952 J-185 is a jumbo flat-top reissue built with a thermally aged Sitka spruce top and flame maple back and sides, paired with a mahogany neck carved to a V profile. The spruce-over-maple combination produces a bright, projecting voice with clear note separation and firm low-end definition, well suited to strumming and flatpicking. Ships new in a hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
