The Boucher Limited LE-SG-161-MV is a handcrafted OM-body acoustic built in small numbers by luthier Robin Boucher and his team in Quebec, Canada, where Adirondack red spruce grows locally and is central to the brand's approach to tone. The top is AAAAA torrefied master grade Adirondack red spruce - torrefaction reduces moisture and stiffens the wood fibers, giving the soundboard a response and harmonic openness closer to a well-played vintage instrument from day one. Quilted maple back and sides contribute a percussive, focused character that balances the spruce top's projection, making this a guitar that translates detail well whether you're tracking in a studio or playing on stage.
The 25.5" scale length adds string tension that benefits fingerpickers and flatpickers who want clear note separation across the fretboard. Solid ebony fingerboard and bridge, a bone nut, and South American mahogany neck complete a build where every structural component is chosen for long-term stability and tonal density. At this price, it includes a hardshell case, complimentary PLEK setup, and a limited lifetime warranty from Righteous Guitars.
