The Epiphone FT-570BL is a vintage Japanese-made jumbo acoustic from the 1970s, built on a square-shoulder body with a laminated spruce top and laminated maple back and sides. The all-maple construction gives this guitar a bright, projecting voice that suits strumming and rhythm work well. It carries a 25.5" scale length and a rosewood fingerboard with a 12" radius, giving players a familiar, full-size platform.

This pre-owned example is in Good condition with scratches, chips, a hole from a previous 1/4" jack installation, and a heavily worn hardshell case included - factor that into your assessment.
