The Fender Custom Shop Limited Hotshot Texas Telecaster pairs a hand-wound Texas Special Tele pickup at the bridge with a Texas Special Strat pickup in the neck, giving this Journeyman Relic Telecaster a broader voice than a standard two-pickup Tele layout. The Strat neck pickup delivers snappy, articulate cleans that open up the midrange, while the Tele bridge pickup keeps the expected bite and twang intact. Built on a lightweight alder body with an AAA roasted flame maple neck, 60-style oval C profile, and AAA rosewood fingerboard, the Aged Lake Placid Blue finish is worn to a convincing Journeyman level. Ships in a Custom Shop hardshell case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
