The Fender Custom Shop Vintage Custom '59 Hardtail Stratocaster Time Capsule pairs a period-correct 1959 D-profile rift sawn maple neck with an alder body and a hardtail bridge, removing the tremolo system for tighter string coupling and increased sustain. Hand-wound '59 Strat pickups deliver glassy, articulate single-coil tones with snappy attack, while the AAA rosewood fingerboard and 7.25-to-9.5-inch compound radius balance vintage feel with modern playability. Ships in the original Custom Shop hardshell case with free shipping to the continental U.S., complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, and a limited lifetime warranty.
