Description
This limited-edition American Professional Classic Telecaster pairs a USA-made Tele platform with Fender's Silent System - a passive, battery-free design that eliminates single-coil hum without altering how the pickups actually sound or behave. Both positions carry Coastline '63 single-coils wound slightly hotter than a straight vintage spec, using alnico 5 magnets and enamel-coated wire to deliver the twang and chime a Tele player expects, with added punch and harmonic depth. The 3-saddle strings-through-body bridge with brass barrel saddles preserves the mechanical snap and sustain that define classic Telecaster response. A Modern C maple neck and 9.5" radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets modernize the playability without abandoning the vintage-voiced electronics. The Greasebucket tone circuit keeps the signal clear when you roll back the tone control, rather than adding unwanted bass. At just under 8 pounds, it sits in a comfortable mid-weight range for a solidbody Tele. This guitar suits players who want authentic American Telecaster performance in sessions or on stage where single-coil noise is a real problem - and who want to solve it without going active or sacrificing tone.
