The Gibson 1957 Les Paul Ultra Heavy Aged in Double Gold is a Custom Shop recreation of the goldtop single-cut, finished in nitrocellulose and heavily distressed to replicate decades of hard use. The 50s Rounded Medium C mahogany neck and 12-inch radius rosewood fingerboard pair with unpotted Custombucker Alnico 3 humbuckers, which deliver open, articulate cleans and a fat, vocal midrange under gain. A one-piece lightweight mahogany body and two-piece plain maple top keep the weight manageable without sacrificing low-end authority. Ships in a Custom Shop case with complimentary PLEK service performed in-house before shipping, a limited lifetime warranty, and free shipping to the continental U.S.
