Description
The Gibson J-185 Original is a 16-inch jumbo flattop built with a Sitka spruce top and flame maple back and sides, a combination that produces a clear, projecting voice with controlled low end and forward midrange detail. The slim taper mahogany neck and 24.75-inch scale keep the left hand comfortable, while the LR Baggs VTC undersaddle pickup provides a natural amplified tone without an external preamp. Ships in a hardshell case with free shipping to the continental U.S., and qualifies for complimentary PLEK service and a limited lifetime warranty.
