The Gretsch G5220 Electromatic Jet BT is a single-cutaway solidbody built around a chambered mahogany body with a laminated maple top and a mahogany neck with a Thin U profile. A pair of Black Top Broad'Tron humbuckers deliver a punchy, aggressive midrange with enough clarity and note separation to handle clean tones without losing definition. Hardware includes an Anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge and V-Stoptail, with a 12-inch radius laurel fingerboard and pearloid Big Block inlays. This example is brand new in Dark Cherry Metallic finish and weighs 7 lbs 12.4 oz.
