The PRS CE 24 Semi-Hollow is a bolt-on mahogany-and-maple guitar built around a chambered body with a solid center block, and this pre-owned Trampas Green example is in very good condition with only light scratches. The semi-hollow construction shifts the midrange forward and broadens dynamic range compared to a solid-body, while the center block keeps feedback in check at stage volume. PRS 85/15 humbuckers pair with a push/pull tone control for coil-splitting, giving you six usable voices from full humbucking warmth to articulate single-coil clarity across a 3-way toggle.
The PRS Patented Tremolo is an uncommon feature on a semi-hollow body, and combined with PRS locking tuners, it holds pitch through aggressive use without needing a locking nut. The Pattern Thin maple neck runs a 25" scale over a 10" radius rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets, which suits players who want reach into the upper register without a long stretch. At just over seven pounds, it's a comfortable gigging instrument.
