Eastman's electrics are built like their archtops: carved and assembled by hand, finished thin, and voiced to sound broken-in from the first chord. From T-Series thinlines and semi-hollows to SB solidbodies, Romeo, Juliet, and the D'Ambrosio offsets, everything here is in stock and ready to ship from our showroom in Roswell, GA.

About Eastman Electric Guitars

Eastman came to electrics from the archtop world, and it shows. The T-Series thinlines like the T486, T64, and T186MX carry vintage-style construction that resists feedback the way the classics did. The SB Series brings hand-carved tops to solidbody designs like the SB59 and SB57. Romeo and Juliet are Eastman's modern originals, and the Antique Varnish models (the /v suffix) wear a violin-style finish that looks and feels decades old out of the case. Each listing is the exact guitar photographed, and because Eastman ships in small batches, models rotate: if a specific model is not listed today, it is usually between shipments rather than discontinued.

Frequently asked questions

What is Eastman's Antique Varnish finish?

It is the same style of hand-applied varnish Eastman uses on its violins, rubbed thin and lightly aged so the guitar looks and feels played-in from day one. Models with /v in the name carry it. It is soft compared to modern poly, which is the point: it lets the wood move and it wears naturally.

What is the difference between the T-Series and the SB Series?

The T-Series is Eastman's hollow and semi-hollow line: thinline bodies like the T64, T59, and T486. The SB Series is the solidbody line, with carved tops on models like the SB59. If you want air and swing, start with a T; if you want sustain and punch, start with an SB.

The model I want shows sold or is not listed. Can you get it?

Usually yes. Eastman ships in small batches, so models like the T486 come and go through the year. Call or email and we will tell you what is on order, and we can often reserve one from the next shipment.
