The Custom Shop sits inside Martin's Nazareth, Pennsylvania factory, staffed by the company's most experienced builders. Custom Shop guitars start where the standard line stops: rarer wood sets, upgraded bracing options, special neck carves, and appointment packages chosen for a single instrument.

Our current stock usually mixes Custom Shop versions of familiar models, like the D-18 and 000-18, with true one-offs such as our NAMM 2026 custom builds, chosen in person from the wood up.
